HOW ARE THE PRINTS MAILED?

All prints are mailed in protective cardboard envelopes/tubes (depending on the size of the print) and delivered straight to your door.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PRINT ONCE ORDERED ONLINE?

Most prints are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received. Mailing times are up to 2 days within Europe and 4 days outside Europe. However special delivery can be arranged, and is an option on your checkout. Non - print items such as mugs, calendars, etc or large orders, take a little longer to produce and pack, so please take this into consideration. All shipping charges and mailing times can be located in the Checkout area, once you have selected the print/s you wish to buy and will be calculated and diplayed prior to you commiting to purchase.

WHAT PAPER ARE THE PRINTS PRINTED ON?

All of our prints are printed on high quality Fuji photographic paper with a fade resistance of around 150 years.

HOW DO I PAY?

When ordering prints via our online gallery, on selection of the item you wish to purchase, you will be directed to a Checkout area. Here your item/s will be displayed, along with mailing options. Once you have entered your details and shipping preference, the final cost will be calculated and you will proceed to Checkout. In this area you will enter your credit card information and that's it.. your item/s will be with you shortly.

DO YOU HAVE QUALITY CONTROL?

Of course. We only select images that are suitable in terms of quality and theme. All of the images that appear in our gallery have passed our demands for quality.
